Missing Digital Card
Why wasn’t the digital card included in the app? Currently I have to log into PayLah to access the Digital card under feature which lengthens the customer journey experience. Would be great to include this in the app itself.

Unable to reset forgotten password
When trying to reset a forgotten password, it does the correct steps of sending the reset password email. But when confirming the new password on the app, results in an “Uh oh, something happened on our side” and “please contact our service support”.
Was only able to do so on the smiles website, of which also threw a ton of errors due to cloud flare.
Staff at petrol stations unable to provide any other help other than “uninstall and install”. It’s a terrible service.

Have been trying to use the app for over 2 weeks now .. and it just doesn’t open. I even deleted and downloaded the app again from the App Store. Still the same issue. “Something has gone wrong on our side. Try again later”.
It’s extremely frustrating. Such poor service support levels from Esso are unacceptable. Ensuring a proper running app seems too much to ask for from Esso.
Disappointed beyond words.
