Overall the rental car journey were general good experience besides the first 90 mins of my journey when the first car allocated to me went malfunction after 3km drive 🙈 I was informed to stop the car waiting for exchange but later when I found a place to park I was again inform to remove the car to my next destination 🥶 there were quite a bit of hassle when I was late for my meeting due to the inconvenience caused. Hope the company could help to provide more regular check on their cars for rental from time to time in the future.

I filled up more than 50% of the gas and wanted to apply for a refund. I called customer service but didn't get a satisfactory answer. After returning the car, they blocked my account. Is this your attitude? Not only is it irresponsible, but the attitude is also bad. I hope they can give a reasonable answer. When I called customer service, they kept asking for before and after comparison photos. But when I picked up the car, they didn't ask for a photo of the gas tank. Is this where you make money from costumers? ? The most incomprehensible thing is blocking my account?
Saya mengisi lebih daripada 50% gas dan ingin menuntut wang gas saya menghubungi perkhidmatan pelanggan, tetapi saya tidak mendapat jawapan yang ideal Selepas saya memulangkan kereta, mereka menyekat akaun saya. Lupakan sikap tidak bertanggungjawab, sikap saya tidak baik saya harap saya dapat memberi jawapan yang munasabah. Apabila saya menghubungi perkhidmatan pelanggan, saya terus meminta gambar sebelum dan selepas, tetapi apabila saya mengambil kereta, saya tidak meminta gambar minyak kereta Adakah ini tempat anda membuat wang daripada pengguna? ? Bahagian yang paling sukar difahami ialah menyekat akaun saya?
我加了超过50%的油,想申请索取油钱 打电话问客服 并没有得到理想的回答 过后还了车 还直接拉黑我的账户 这就是你们的态度?不负责任就算了 态度还不佳 希望可以给了合理的回答。 打电话给客服时 一直说要前后对比的照片 可是在我取车的时候 并没有要求拍车油 这就是你们赚消费者的地方?? 最不能理解的地方是 拉黑我的账户?
Incomplete rental vehicle
Booked Axia WD5939E parked at refuel station; almost empty tank (not starting with full tank as promised) that I have to refuel max, and luckily it was at night and I noticed headlight wasn't even lighting up just as I was about to drive away into the night. Was reassigned a Bezza VAT6422; again it's almost empty and had to refuel max, AND found that the spare tyre only have rubber, without its rim. Imagine if I didn't realise and later get accused of stealing the spare rim. I asked about reimburse for the 2 max refuels, but custcare said it shall only be processed days after I returned the vehicle, and in the form of points in their own wallet system. Major red flag in terms of renting out empty vehicles (both fuel LOL, missing spare, and no emergency tools) and no working headlights, and I feel stressed that my reimbursement will end up being locked in their wallet, that I can only benefit if I spent again on renting suspicious vehicles.
