No usage still bill of 1000 why ???
The premises is closed since May till date and still I can see a consumption meter running ... this is not acceptable practice . I want an investigation and reversal of the amount for extra charged consumption.

Payments are not reflected
The home screen always shows “Security Deposit Payable”, despite being fully paid. If I click on it, it takes me to payment page leading me to think that some amount is still due.
The SD Payable message has not gone away even months after I have made the payment. These are the same problems from the previous version of the app that have not been resolved.
These kind of things just go to show that Adani is happy to mislead unknowing customers into making repeat payments without even realising. Please fix these issues.

Dear customer, Security Deposit Payable button is shown on the home screen to provide you information about pending security deposit if any, on click of it, it will show you the amount details in a popup and you can also check your Security Deposit amount in bills section in the app. The screen will show an amount if its pending. Please use the 'Report app feedback' option on login screen so we can look into your account specifically.
Change of name & slow web portal
After online submission of documents, update on processing is not reflected in check status. In past despite submission of all documents, it was returned unactioned after a month without any comments, physical copies too had been submitted. Transparency and timeline each stage of processing should be intimated.
Despite changing of password for online login on portal is not functional. Chatbot is very rudimentary and can not answer to query’s. IT cell and backend needs to do a lot of work to make portal function faster and efficiently.
