When it works, it’s great!
In the past month I have managed to use the app once to successfully order a refill. It was blissfully easy & efficient. I have logged in on several other occasions for other refills only to get the message “An error has occurred. Please try again later”. Later was never better so I had to call. I’m very disappointed given other pharmacies have robust systems. I love my pharmacy but the app is quite disappointing. And no better luck trying to use website.
When it works !
This is a great organizer app, for a quick view of you medications, ordering online, notifying me when to expect meds are ready for pick up, HOWEVER ! When it doesn’t WORK…….. which is often, and gives a message
“an error has occurred, please try again later” it of no use.
Prescription Renewals
Basically the app is okay but, when a script expires it does not give any indication. It even allows you to try and renew a script when it is expired.
