Wrong email
After I login it works fine but I sign out then after 1 day i tried to login but always gives wrong email then if i used forget password, it asking for email then after enter it gives also wrong email. If u tried to create new account, it gives id is already recorded. Really stuck now and no other options. How we can reset and record again???!!!
انا نزلت الابليكيشن بتاع القراءة بترو ميتر بس بعد مادخلت بنجاح للاسف خرجت ولما جيت ادخل تاني ودخلت الباسورد والميل بيقولى خطأ. ولما عملت اوبشن فورجت ودخلت الميل ايضا بيقولي خطأ. ولو حولت اسجل من جديد بيقولى ماينفعش لان الرقم القومى دخل وموجود. دلوقتى محتاج اعمل ريسيت عشان اعرف اسجل من جديد ومش عارف اكلم مين. وكل مااطلب نمرة خدمة العملاء ع الموبايل ١١٢٢ يفضل سايبنى محدش يرد والسكة تتقفل حاولت اكتر من عشر مرات ونفس الحكاية. المفروض اعمل اي دلوقتى عشان اقدر استعمل الابلكيشن؟
Not bad but
The app takes an eternity to open and login, and beside i don’t have any way to edit the CRN title…
Think about making a dark mode to the app that turns automatically dark at night to make it more modern…

Please pay attention as i sent you several times informing that the application doesn’t work with my i phone i need your support it opnes when i removed the app then reinstall it , and iif i clise it again it doesn’t work it needs every time i need to use it again remove then install Please help no one in responsibility cares !!!!!! من فضلكم الابليكيشن مش بتشتغل كل مره لا م الغيها وانزلها تاني ارسل القرايه واعمل اي حاجه عايزاها وبعدين لما اطلع منها متفتحش تاني خلاص في مل مره محتاجه استخدمها لازم الغيها وبعدين انزلها تاني علشان تشتغل من فضلكم اهتمام من المسؤلين عن هذا الاختصاص وشكراً
