Best Mobile Banking
1. If you account is for veiwing only, its called NON FINANCIAL transaction. Need to coordinate with your branch of account on how to have a financial transaction access (which requires security token)
2. The bank is always looking for any possible enhancement to make their service better.
3. It is USER FRIENDLY, we just have to explore. No need to worry that your account might be debited upon exploring because it will still ask for a confirmation before proceeding.

Unsuccessful log-in due to crashes and black screen
I can't log in to my account in your mobile app since this weekend. I don't know what's the problem cause my colleagues had this app and it's working but mine is not. It keeps on crashing and a black screen will appear. I’m not allowed to log in online because you can only access the account using the registered mobile app. It's so irritating that I don't have a choice to access my account but to wait for your app to work.

Useful
This application is useful for monitoring of credit card balances. This app has separate credentials to login for credit card and savings account. I tried to download the mobile app to another bank that I have a credit card account with but I can't access it because I have no savings account with them.
