Now contract users (individuals) can add an additional number in the application. Go to the "My numbers" section, tap "Connect a new number" and follow the prompts.

A useful app

Since I don’t know where to send a bug report, I’ll just write it here.
On a main screen(after logging in), if I tap on SMS icon, I see how many and I have, but there is a word “unit” under the number, which means... what? Probably it just should not have been shown:)
And a second small problem: on the same screen, under the circle I see text “updated on ...” with a small “refresh-like” arrow on the left. This text overlaps with the arrow, when it is too long, for example “Updated on 13 September 10:27”. I have a screenshot of the bugs, if you need:)

Financial manipulations via app

If I could rate my most recent experience with the app and company as -10 I would probably do that.

Y-day I was crossing border from Ukraine, and was ordering a roaming service and used the app to cover negative balance on my account. An hour later, with the required sum paid two times and money going out of my bank account, I am still with no service. I am taking a nap in a bus (it’s almost midnight) and see that the debt started to increase rapidly as money are still not on my balance (despite I paid twice from different banks!), but roaming services switched on. Hotline is not reachable due “all operators being busy” - again, it’s midnight.

So in the end of the story, it’s 3 am in the morning, Im at the bus station in a foreign country, with no phone connection or internet to call Uber - I am using taxi apps, so obviously, I don’t have cash on me to get to my Airbnb rental. I don’t want to get into the details how I got myself out of this situation, but I am confident that by mishandling my payments Vodafone did put my safety as a woman, mental and physical well-being in danger.

My account eventually has been unlocked few hours ago - after about 15 hours full of stress and energy consuming conversations with a chatbot, but I received no explanation from the company what happened and where have the money been all this time.

Think I am changing the carrier at the first opportunity, luckily you can now do that and keep the number.

How to solve this problem?

I have 2 accounts in the application, one is mine and the other is my father. The application freezes very badly, it is impossible to replenish the account via ApplePay. Everything worked out the third time, and due to the fact that everything was hanging, I accidentally topped up my account not to my number, but to my father's number. The father is not in the country and rarely uses a Ukrainian SIM card. I wrote to the chat to support through the application, is it possible to return the money back, cancel the operation, to which I was told - no. This made me very upset, because I spent 20 minutes to top up my account, and also mistakenly to another number, the application is very frustrating lately, it freezes a lot and I have to spend a lot of time just to top up my account. 235 UAH went down the drain.
