Bug to fix
My account Id was blocked during Knet payment due to received 3 times entered authentication error. I visited AlMulla branch and activated my id. Trying again to do Knet payment but authentication error 2 times !!. It just come in my mind to review my bank account and found no balance. I filled in my bank account and app works good. The problem here that the app cannot identify insufficient money in bank account and translate it as authentication error !!. This is bug need to be fix.

Over all app is excellent deserve to have 5 stars Please provide us the access to update beneficiary details like relationships or other details which doesn’t effect account details

The app is alright but..
Once you understand how the app works then you will be happy.
Now. Loosing 2 stars is regarding to the service itself.
- the fees for UK is 12KD .. while in the branch is exactly 5 KD.
- for any reason the beneficiary couldn’t get the money, like for example lockdown in their countries, If you want to get your money back then “You Need To Visit There Branch” even though you made the transfer Online.
