So have I.

And I understood that there were things I had to learn if I wanted to find a way to deal with these situations and succeed and be happy in large organisations. Based on the results (a significant acceleration in my career) I’d say I got something right.

This is why I wrote this book in which I share what I have learned, with no filter, saying what needs to be said, in a simple and approachable way.
