Nike Master Trainers lead you through a battery of exercises to improve mobility, strength, endurance, and more. The app is currently offering free access.

Try this workout: “Quick-Hit Abs” by Cristiano Ronaldo: 15 minutes of gut-busting, ab-burning, core-crunching intensity. Find it by going to Workouts > Browse, then searching by title.

Try this workout: Full Body: You’ll work your way through a dozen exercises that require nothing more than a steady chair (for tricep dips and step-ups). You’ll find this free workout in the app’s Library tab.
