The service is unreachable for the moment, try later
The App suddenly stopped working. Unnecessarily makes me chose the country, then it says “The service is unreachable for the moment”. It is really frustrating because I have it one year and it worked fine till now.

Needs to be more user centric and less theoretical
Has great potential but
PLEASE consider not a random bucket list of features, but the actual real life use of it.
Most commonly we need the app for 2 things:
1) check out what shops and restaurants in the area you currently are support EdenRed
2) check the balance
Having to click many slow loading screens to see something that’s needed IRL on the go is extremely irritating.
Please add the map as the first page and you can put the balance somewhere in the corner, it doesn’t need a full screen of it’s own.
Also when you click on a certain shop on the map it automatically zooms out and reorientates, which is extremely disruptive to a search.
Please let us rotate the map as we like and keep it oriented as we choose, without any extra unnecessary movement.
Other issues are:
Sometimes it takes ages to log in and/or freezes at login for no reason.
Also not all info is accurate
Some shops that accept TRC are not on the map while there are also some shops that no longer function at all.
Sorry for the rant
The app has great potential but the small issues above are giving me anger issues 😅
Not able to transfer remaining funds
Unfortunately the way the card is charged is totally non convenient as I.e. if you have 2€ remaining and you want to buy groceries at a total cost of 5€, the card is denied as you need to buy the exact amount of 2€. In reality that leaves you with small amounts of funds that you are unable to transfer between cards so if they card expires you are losing them. Nor you can continuously try to find something to buy that costs I.e. exactly 0,39€…
Moreover, the function that adds the card to the iPhone wallet does not work on iPhone 13 Pro Max and the phone addition at the profile keeps getting an error message.

In case your card has a limited balance, i.e 2€ and you want to make a purchase of total value of 5€, you can still redeem the 2€ with your Edenred card, and pay the remaining amount with another card or cash.
