Two rides on day 1 and both perfect

I had been hesitant to download the app and start using the service as I figured that it would be all in Chinese, and although speaking and reading some, I was hesitant of what kind of trouble I would place myself into... After downloading and getting a simple intro I tried the app in the morning and again in the afternoon with two excellent experiences. Everything is in English and my English preset instructions are sent to driver in Chinese.

I am a fan and will start using this extensively from now onwards 😃👍🏻 Warmly recommend DiDi 🙏

Doesnt work

Downloaded app on my i phone but doesn't work. Without a mainland chinese number you can not complete the trip confirmation. Also you need the chinese version of alipay i only run the Hong Kong version seems some compatibility issue . Dissapointed as usual Chinese know how to discriminate against non chinese speakers ..at the end we pay more

Didi ALWAYS charge more

I ALWAYS pay more , I feel cheated because I never hit traffic and EVERY ride I take is always more even the driver show how much he is charging and I always pay more !!! I feel Didi is always taking advantage because I am a foreigner
