I’ve started using this app this year and so far it’s easy to use and navigate and the prices are good as are the products , the only problem if anything is there isn’t an option to navigate back to the original search after viewing a item , other than that it’s great

Scam

Myprotein's business practices are not only deceptive but also indicative of a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. My recent encounter with this company has left me utterly disillusioned and frustrated.

After placing an order that mysteriously vanished into thin air, I attempted to contact Myprotein's customer support numerous times, only to be met with a wall of silence. When I finally managed to reach someone, I was assured that the issue had been resolved, which turned out to be a blatant lie.

Repeatedly, I was told that my problem had been "sorted out," only to discover that nothing had changed. The promised refunds or replacements never materialized, and I found myself trapped in a loop of empty assurances and unfulfilled promises.

To make matters worse, there seems to be no viable means of reaching Myprotein. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and attempts to access my account are met with dead ends. It's as if they've built a fortress around themselves, shielding them from any form of accountability or customer feedback.

In light of these experiences, it's evident that Myprotein operates as a scam operation, preying on unsuspecting customers and evading responsibility at every turn. I caution anyone considering doing business with them to beware and seek alternative, more reputable options.

Save yourself the headache and disappointment; steer clear of Myprotein.

Parcel damaged and items lost, customer support was terrible!!!

My package was delivered late and damaged. I paid for next day delivery, which simply did not happen.
When I contacted customer service service fobbed off eventually they sent replacement items. However, these were not the missing items that I had listed to them. They then requested photographs which I supplied and I was then ignored after repeated attempts. They asked me to return the items through their return process, however, they only allowed me to return items that they had sent me. However, as these were wrong I couldn’t do this.
After further multiple attempts, I was given a £10 credit, which didn’t even cover the shortfall of the cheaper products that they had sent really is awful service which is a pity because their product is very good.
