Puregold Mobile 4+

I downloaded this app because I want to have a hassle-free grocery shopping. Everything went well at first but when I tried to pay my order on your puregold app, it took me 5 hours. At first, upon clicking the pay now, it only shows “please wait” but it never continues to the next step. Then there are also times when I get “software error” message. Then when I was able to get through, upon entering my card details, on the verification process, the page started to be unresponsive. Then when I was able to get through that part and verified my card thru entering my OTP. I thought everything will go well by this time, it showed the next page which says “please wait while the transaction is being processed”, so I waited and it took me 40 minutes already, but still nothing is happening until the app suddenly refreshes. So I already entered my OTP to verify the purchase from the app. And I’m afraid that I might get charged twice if I try to proceed again. I’m frustrated, I want my order to be delivered by morning so I’m paying it as soon as I could but the app isn’t letting me to do so. I want to know if the payment was processed or not. But I couldn’t get hold of anyone who can assist me. I won’t order online again. I’d rather go to the store to be sure.

This app is very useful in this kind of situation. However, I dont have always have enough cash here at home. For my first transaction I was able to use the app like a breeze. But the next 2 transaction were a nightmare, my cc transaction always failed and has problem with the cookies. i have checked the settings for safari and it is correct. It is allowing the cookies. Please fix this issue!!! The person who contacts me kept on saying sorry iCOD na lang mam. Thank goodness we have a cash. Not all the time i can go to the bank to withdraw.

If your transaction keeps of failing, why not the ninjavan bring cc terminal? Just a suggestion.

My first two orders are successful and delivered the same day, they even called me to check for my order and to advise delivery. Unfortunately, my third order was unsuccessful due to the system was down so it has to be delayed. I've sent a follow-up everyday and on the third day they said that they will process it the next day however I found out in the app that my order was cancelled and they they did not even informed be. Groceries are very essential during this pandemic and we've patiently waited for 3 days for them to process my order. If they can't fulfill my order, I hope they would have been more honest so order can be canceled right away and that we can already find an alternate way to get our groceries.

update: they provided 100 voucher discount. Thanks for this but I think it would still be better if you can provide updates especially if order will be cancelled.
