Blue Mercedes is a British duo consisting of singer David Titlow and keyboard player Duncan Millar, founded in London in 1984. In 1987, they scored a Top 40 U.K. hit with "I Want to Be Your Property," which also charted in the U.S., and they placed two more singles in the U.K. charts in 1988 as their album rich-and-famous charted briefly in the U.S. ~ William Ruhlmann
