The order ahead tab is a complete failure. It keeps hanging and freezing at every step, and when u finally get the patience to get to the payment page, it also doesn't work and keeps telling you the " Something went wrong ". Also they don't prepare the food until you reach the restaurant, saving you no time at all, whats the use of the feature then?

DONT USE THIS APP !!!! You guys have the most terrible customer service in UAE that I experienced. You don’t care about your customers. I use your “Order Ahead” service. Selected the branch near me. Placed my oder. I made my payment successfully using Apple Pay. But when I reached the branch I selected they are doing maintenance and cannot serve food. No help from the staff even from the manager, they just send me away and told me to contact customer support for refund, WHICH IS VIRTUALLY NONEXISTENT. I submitted my request for refund using the app customer support. But no response. I have to google your customer service email just to get a lousy reply that you will get back to me, after that no more response when I follow up. Such a scam, you can keep my money. You wasted my time and energy on this as if it is your customer’s fault that your APP is not working properly. IF YOUR BRANCH IS CLOSED OR UNDER MAINTENANCE, DONT ALLOW YOUR APP USER TO SELECT IT.

I got my order after 45 mins of ordering. The delivery guy confessed that the con chili fries has no sauce as he forgot it. So I simply told him that it’s fine, you can take it back and simply deduct it. He refused, he said that he will get the sauce on the next delivery, ie after I finish eating. So what am I supposed to do? Feed the fries in the night to the birds? I tried to convince him that I’m a good tipper and that he simply has to cancel it. He refused unless he gets back the entire order! He called two times to his supervisors whom could not do anything about it. So I simply had to return the order! The entire hassle took me 15 mins on the door and over 10 more mins calling the call center myself and asking what is going on!!

This is a preprocessed food! So if it gets cold, it’s better not taken, so I listened to what he wanted and returned the order.
