The app crashes constantly and is very slow when it actually works. Navigating the app at first was very confusing and it took me a while to fully understand everything. For some reason, even though I have selected the English language setting, every Time I go back into the app, it has changed back to the Korean language setting. Overall, this app needs better servers to deal with the amount of people who use this app to vote and it needy to be clearer on what everything on the app means. I like the fact that it tells me when I have watched five ads and can no longer watch anymore, but that is the only thing I like about the whole app.
Worst app I’ve ever ducjifj used
I really only downloaded to vote for bts I’ll be glad when voting is over I’m deleting it straight off my phone I wish there was an alternative app but there’s not it’s so laggy it constantly just turns to a white screen I can’t post stuff without it loading for 5 mins at a time. Worst voting app I have ever used
Also I can’t vote I finally get to soba to vote for bts and it just becomes a white screen I know the results are going to be so unfair because so many of us cannot vote

The app crashes constantly during live voting & won’t allow me (or many other people) to actually vote at all.
Don’t make a voting app if you can’t make one that is able to cope with the strain of live voting.
And it is highly unfair to count live votes as part of The Show’s score when so many people are barred from being able to vote by the poor quality of the app.
