Publisher Description
Lindsay comes to clean Tanner's house. That's all. But somewhere between dusting and organizing his garage sale, Lindsay loses her heart...and then her head. The young widow forgets to mention that she's a mother. An only child, Tanner knows nothing about kids.
Veteran Tanner Phelps has come home to purge his past. Lindsay could mean a change in plans but what can he possibly have to offer to a widow with two kids? Then a little boy with Down syndrome shows up on his driveway. Tanner teaches Red how to play basketball. At first, they're both clumsy. But the jaded vet learns he is more than enough, more than this town remembers. Red adores him and so do Lindsay's girls.
A sweet small town novel about second chances and family challenges.

Sweet, Heartwarming and Humor
Every Breath You Take (Man from Yesterday Book 6) by Barbara Lohr. This is Tanner and Lindsay's story.
This story grabbed my attention from the beginning to the end. Tanner and Lindsay's story is a sweet and heartwarming story with some humor. When Lindsay and Tanner first meet it was priceless. I loved the characters and their interactions. The supporting characters were a great addition to the story too especially Tanner's neighbor Red.
