Treat dispenser no longer working after 2 months but camera still does
Our puppy was at first afraid of furbo with its weird noise when dispensing treats but grew used to it and liked the machine… but now the treat dispenser does not work . Any suggestions as the device still appears to move but the treats do not emerge or only get to the launchpad . Appears not to have enough momentum
But the camera and microphone still works
Garbage
I can’t connect. I tried everything in the troubleshooting section and even deleted the app and reinstalled it, still doesn’t work. This Furbo is a big waste of money!
Loving my Furbo!
This was a Christmas gift to me from my kids so I can watch my little pup when I miss him (which is always 🥰). I love it. Works great! Very wide angle view and sharp picture . I enjoy using the Furbo nanny features . I think it’s great that I can record and send clips to the family. Any questions I have had have been answered quickly.
I’ve been recommending to all!
