Since the app has a wallet so it must be used for all payments in ADNOC like the oasis, car services, f&b etc. Your response will be highly recommended
Also I recommend to have a family membership so all family members can use one account, also companies can have the same functions for drivers and cars

Poor App and Loyalty Experience
A prestigious company like ADNOC should have a great app and great rewards program, both are bad. App looks good but does not function well, Banner ads don’t swipe properly, links take you to the wrong information. ADNOC should pay some money and get a high quality tech team who tests their app.
Please improve your rewards programs. Options are sadly limited, why would I use this over my bank? If I use your wallet I lose my bank benefits and gain what? Please put some strategy into your offering. There is no reason why I would choose ADNOC over Enoc or others when I am on the road, I use what is more convenient cause there is no real benefit.
I hope to see ADNOC with the best Fuel Rewards program in the world soon!
Excellent interface
I have few suggestions 1) I don’t felt the app as an ADNOC Dist one after it opened, kind of background logo of ADD can be added , logo only shows at the home button 2 ) any update plan to add Apple pay as a top up payment method 3) as an enhancement see the option to pay remotely for a family or friend at fuel station , like authorize the payment for a owned vehicle or other vehicle remotely to allow them filling at a station at specific pump , similar to mobile pay ..
