The pirate pilot and the government agent
Harper is a HIA agent who tries to protect the world from evil. Rick is a pirate who keeps running into her but doesn’t remember because she keeps taking his memories. When she runs out of the drug that she uses to take his memories,he remembers her some. Even when he doesn’t remember her he is drawn to her. They team up with his pirate family to save a planet. She tries to keep from loving him but fate has other plans. I love this book by Michelle M. Pillow.

His Woodland Maiden is the fifth book in the Space Lords series by Michelle M. Pillow.
I have enjoyed the entire series so far with all the adventures and roller coaster ride all the books were. And finally, we finally have Rick’s book. We have known Rick for a while now from previous books and other series.
Rick is a playful and adventurous space pirate that doesn’t shy away from being straightforward and going for what he sets his eyes on. Rick wakes up in the mines with drug traders where Harper was responsible for his current state. After being separated for two years, he finally runs into Harper again in a space conference, but he doesn’t remember how many times they actually have met before.
This was such a playful and adventurous book. Rick and Harper was so fun together and their story was not what I expected. Michelle is always a go-to for me. I am not usually reading sci-fi, but with her I always do. This was fantastic!

Oh, what a wonderful ending to this series
I have enjoyed all five of the books in this series. Not only are they action packed, true sci-fi, and fated mate type romance. They are so fun, with witty repartee and high jinx to keep you smiling. Rick has had a featured roll in all of them especially as he is the one who insulted the ghost to get them cursed. Now it’s his turn to find his true love, whether he wins her heart might be another story. Rick and Harper’s journey is heartfelt and full of surprises and one thrill ride of a read.
