It was time for a break, a restructure, a brand photoshoot, AND a brand spankin' new season to start showing up in a new way! After all, who needs to wait for January 1st to make any big changes?! Not me! :) Sometimes as entrepreneurs we can get caught up in the perfectionism trap and just rolling with the motions. When in reality, we just need to stop, take a breath, and reanalyze what the purpose of something is.  

After a summer full of travels, speaking, and multiple events, I made the decision to take a moment to stop my podcast and give it a "facelift." 

In this new episode of Season 2, I talk about the real and raw reasons why I decided to take a short break and launch a new season and why the "old way" wasn't working for me anymore.
