App OK, but the live game functionality is awful
The app itself is okay, but the fact that you have to redirect to a website to use the live game video player is really frustrating as the login does not work most of the time, and the video player is awful. For anyone considering paying the subscription for live games, do so knowing the app itself doesn’t actually offer that functionality.
Load of Rubbish
This app and the URC’s streaming service is complete garbage. Trying to watch a match is an exercise in frustration. Frequent crashes are guaranteed. Many of the matches are unedited meaning you can spend forty minutes or so watching the RTÉ presenters do there mike checks and then 10 more minutes of “Your match will start shortly “ Because of the clunky streaming controls, you can’t jump ahead without causing a crash. Best of all their support staff never replies to user support tickets. Save your money! A URC subscription is worthless.
Always buffering
This app I thought was going to be great as was so excited to watch matches from Munster and Leinster since I live in the States. I spend most of the time (after being redirected to the URCTV), watching it buffer and my internet connection is very good and very strong. Am seriously considering not purchasing for the next season. What a disappointment!
