Excellent app
I have been using this app for years and its by far the best one out there with great features. It has made my life easier and takes only few seconds for transactions. I am giving it 5 stars. Totally love it.
Worst App and Worst Customer Service
Had to book a flight and loaded Rs. 12k from NICA mobile banking app. The transaction was successful from bank’s end but it didn’t show up on IME pay dashboard. Tried calling the customer care service, only picked up after 3 times. They asked me to send the transaction success pdf to their whatsapp. Did that and they asked me to wait. Almost after 4 hrs they tell me to wait for another 24 hrs. At this point that was the only cash I had left so I missed out on booking my flight. After 24 hrs, still nothing. No responses. When I called them again they said they will forward the issue to concerned department. Once I get my money back, I am never going to use this app. I recommend everyone not to use this app.
Update
Your next update requires ios 13 or later and my phone doesn’t have ios 13. Tesaile i am not being able to use the app without the update. Please look into it.
