I am absolutely thrilled to share with you all about Sride, I recently started using! Not only does this app make transportation so much more convenient and economical, but it also allows me to connect with other like-minded individuals in my community. The interface is user-friendly, the passenger partners are reliable, and the overall experience has exceeded all my expectations.

From saving money on gas to reducing my carbon footprint, this app truly has it all. I can't wait to continue using this service and sharing it with others who are looking for a seamless and eco-conscious way to travel.

When i have to take 1 ride in a day and have to track it only for 5-10 minutes, why should i give location permission for all the time? If i dont give you permission, you are not showing me location at all. Hiding 70% of screen with your msg to give permission for all time. Purely unethical practices. I will not give permission all the time, and its a open threat, if in next update, if I continue seeing it, i will stop using sride for ever. I hate such a unethical practices, thats why I switched to apple ecosystem. And apple, please protect your customers from such developers who make the user experience a hell, if they dont get all the unnecessary permission they want. The was working fine in ios 17, so suddenly what happened that app cant work for 10 min if i dont give all day permission? I trace my car only when i am using the app, and thats the permission i want to give, I should see the car when i am using the app, stop forcing me to not show the car without full day permission. Shame on you.

Using SRide has been nothing but a nightmare! I can’t believe how incompetent and disgraceful their customer support is. I had money in my SRide wallet as a driver, but after taking a break from the app, I came back to find everything wiped out — no transaction history, no balance, NOTHING! When I contacted customer support, they gave some ridiculous excuse about ‘account maintenance charges,’ which doesn’t even exist in their policies. They’re just making stuff up to cover their mistakes!

To make it worse, after pushing them, they only gave me a partial refund, and since then, they’ve been ignoring me for MONTHS! I’ve sent countless emails, messages — and nothing! Their support is literally the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t care about their users at all, and they’ll rob you without any shame or responsibility.

If you value your money and sanity, avoid SRide like the plague. There are far better apps out there that don’t treat their users like garbage. SRide is a joke, and their customer support is a disaster!
