Missing Piece in my Healing Journey

I’ve been on a healing journey, mentally, spiritually and physically for 10 years now.
As a breast cancer survivor and now caregiving for my husband who has brain damage from a stroke…. I am beyond thankful I stumbled across this beautiful podcast!
It’s MY missing piece 🙏👏🏼👍🏼
The way Susan delivers & educates is phenomenal. She’s actually quite soothing for me to listen to, I can FEEL her passion and it touches my soul deeply.
I was already aware of how you speak to yourself matters. Also, how our thoughts create our reality.
However, this is a nice step up from my current knowledge & needed for ALL to hear in our world.
