The Burbs and the Bees

First time reading this author. Cute book. Buuuuut, could do without the language in some parts, and needless descriptive sex. I know, I know, that’s what seems to sell these day. Otherwise, I mostly enjoyed the book.

Thanks 🙏 well written story,was narrated the story of an interesting and challenging about different situations between the people who lives in the city’s and the others lives in the farmers countries. Thanks for the names of the animals ,so funny 😁 but treated ☝️with ❤️📖👵🏻🙏📚❤️📖Highly recommend.

I loved this fun and quirky city gal/farmer boy romance from one of my go-to authors! Alyson and Jay were complete opposites in almost every way at the start of their wet and wild introduction, but deep dow, they’re more alike then they think.
I adored Alyson’s plucky, can-do...or at least, try to do...attitude, which she needs in spades when she lays her eyes on her inheritance. The girl doesn’t stick with much, and now she’s learning to milk cows and run a farmstand. Jay is a hardworking, gorgeous, small town guy, but he’s much more than just a farmer. He’s a great big brother, a loyal friend and embraces sustainable living.
The burn was slow but when it finally ignited, it was super-nova hot. Alyson begins to fit into all areas of Jay’s life, his family included, but can they overcome both their differences as well as a secret or two. Add in a bit of suspense and I couldn’t put this book down!
Taking place in Nova Scotia, a place I’ve long wanted to visit, the setting adds another layer to this rich, engaging story. Cathryn Fox definitely penned another winner with The Burbs and the Bees...appropriately titled, as well!
