January 8th, 2024 Update (Bug)

The application was updated recently at 10:48pm to the newer available version released on either a day earlier than January 8th, 2024 has been presenting an error upon launch i.e “unfortunately, the application version is no longer supported…would you like to update..”

The last time I ordered through the app was May 2023. The app kept disconnecting with my wifi connection. Although I was able to complete my order after half hour of trying, my order was cancelled after 10 minutes without any reason or notification. I called up the CSR and they couldn’t give me an answer. I was able to contact the Operations Manager and she profusely apologized. Sent over my order for free but I was not given any explanation whatsoever why my order got cancelled through the app. Now, after updating this app a few days ago to the latest release, all my loyalty points got wiped out! Shame on you! If you don’t like my business, I’ll take it somewhere else!

The app doesn’t want to be clear.

While the staff are willing and happy to explain, the app itself has a redeem in store option which is apparently fake as the staff said that I would be unable to redeem my points unless I made a minimum purchase of 30AED which in and off of itself makes the entire points system utterly useless. If you wish to have customers use the app have some self respect and don’t use confusing instructions because frankly I want straightforward instructions as to how I can redeem the points instead of having to cross check with staff half a dozen times just to understand where the customer is apparently at fault in redeeming a service you had intact promised.
