Though I have not yet read all the of Misadventures books, those I have read, I have loved. So when I heard Toni Aleo was adding another book to the series, I jumped at the chance to read it. And I have to say, I loved Misadventures with a Manny so much. It was a funny and sweet read for sure!
Vera Woods is at a lost. After her husband ran off with the nanny and her kids have gone through several other nannies, she has no idea what to do. Lincoln Scott knows what it means be thrown into crazy family scenarios. He has been a manny for a while now and loves his job. But when he finds himself without a job, could Vera and Lincoln find way more they either ever bargained for?
I loved seeing a strong woman. Vera loves her boys and her work. She just needed a bit of help to balance it all. Enter Lincoln. Her boys were great, but they were boys and Lincoln was amazing with them. Though both tried to keep things professional, the sparks flew when they were together. Could Vera learn to trust again and open her heart to another man?
I absolutely loved the characters in Misadventures with a Manny by Toni Aloe. Vera, Lincoln and her boys were captivating and amusing. This slow burn romance was sweet, funny and a great read!

A manny is the answer
Vera and Lincoln’s story had me laughing, teary eyed, mad as hell at the ex and fanning myself from the steamy interludes. I finished this story in one day. I was so invested that I couldn’t stop until I got to the end. HEA. Highly recommended.
Totally Awesome Book
Toni Aleo shoots and scores with her newest book. Lincoln and Vera are a real love a first sight story. I love how she takes the kids into consideration in the book. Can not wait to read what she does next.
