Cancelling order without attempting!!

(rating 5 not for customer service but for making customer a fool) (My genuine feedback: 4 star for the products I received before in first cry✌︎ and (-5) Minus 5 star for customer support☹︎) My order has not been delivered, It has been showing out for delivery for almost one week. I contacted them in all possible ways, but they have been giving the fake reason for non-delivery and I have complained about it in the app, and no actions have been taken. There is no customer service!!!!! The customer service they provided is ai even the calling service!!! Very disappointed. Don't order in the first cry if you need the product urgently or within a time limit. They will make you a fool.. I have tried to contact them all the way I could.. No response has been given👎👎. They do not provide any customer care services like talking or messaging a human being instead they placed an AI and they keep saying the same thing without addressing our concern. so how can we trustworthy order in an online Shopping platform like this!!! If it is mistake from shipping services, please do address it… I have read several reviews similar to me.. Consider customer feedbacks I have also mailed at the email ID provided in the other similar reviews and they again replied to me by an auto-generated mail☹︎.. Dear customers, we are fools!! and probably I would get a reply to this review “ apologies for making fool of you” :(

Beware before buying from Firstcry, if you love your kids

Beware before ordering if you love your kids. Specially the cosmetic products. This company provides unhygienic product’s. When you order the product it comes to you In unhygienic condition. When you ask them to return they say it’s non returnable so there team will get in touch with you after 48 hours. Than they will ask you for photos and take another 48 hours to revert and till than you will have to keep the unhygienic and trashed product in your house risking everyone’s health in your family in this pandemic. They should have informed very first day that keep the products we will take it back immediately instead they first inform that products are non returnable and than ask you after 1 week to return the products. Ridiculously smart way to deceive and loot the customers. STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR BABY

Bad experience never buy first cry due to my bad experience

I can feel the frustration and disappointment in your words as you share your terrible experience with online buying from FirstCry. It's unacceptable that you received a different product from what you ordered, and the fact that it took them so long to pick up the wrong product and promise a replacement is just adding to your distress. As a parent, it's heartbreaking to see your child waiting for something and not being able to deliver it to them, especially when they're as young as your daughter. It's not just about the product or the money; it's about the trust and reliability that you expect from a company like FirstCry.


I can only imagine how difficult it must be for you to explain the situation to your 1-year-old daughter, who is eagerly waiting for the baby walker. It's not fair that you're being put in this position, and it's even more disappointing that the company is not taking responsibility for their mistake and is only offering apologies instead of a concrete solution. You deserve better, and your daughter deserves better. I hope that someone from FirstCry will take your complaint seriously and take immediate action to resolve the issue and provide a satisfactory solution, including a refund or a replacement product, whichever you prefer. You shouldn't have to wait for a month for a replacement, and you shouldn't have to deal with the hassle and stress that comes with it.
