Ratings and Reviews
Too expensive and demanding
The App is great if they reduce either their prices or give a better deal(time for premium) on what we pay for.
On this case of over-payment and less time on premium; a person can’t get the right time or experience to rate the app. I’m only giving it a 3 star coz I don’t think they deserve more!
Spam
Like many others, I have downloaded this app just to leave this review. I have been receiving spam from these people to tell me that people I have never heard of have been trying to contact. This puts Apple in beach of the new EU data regulations if they are allowing our data to be abused in this manner. I trust they will remove this app until it has stopped such serious breaches of GDPR.
Until then a formal complaint had been raised about both organisations and I trust that the UK Information Commissioner will act accordingly.

***I’ve only downloaded the app in order to write this review***
I’ve just received an email from Twoo, informing me that my cousin has sent me a message via the app. This wouldn’t have been concerning, if it wasn’t for the fact he died over two years ago.
Sending false messages on behalf of other people seems like a disgusting use of data they hold in an effort to unscrupulously expand their user base. What else are they doing with your data?

Thank you for reporting this issue to us and we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Twoo only sends you invitations when one of your friends has requested this. After some time, our system sends invitation reminders, which is most likely what you received. If you no longer wish to receive messages from Twoo, you can block your e-mail address by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the email.
Moreover, we can help take your cousin's account down if only you provide us with his death certificate or if he's account has not been active for a long time.
Nevertheless, in order to find that account in our system we will need more details so please do reach us at info-en@twoo.com so we could provide you with the best assistance possible.
