Not able to download statement in Excel format
The app is stuck while the ‘download in excel’ option is triggered. There is no output and times out after sometime.
No proper resolution from team even after registering a ticket.
Prior to migrating to DhanSmart, excel download was working in the previous version
Worst service
I have not seen the worst service before this.
As a justification I want to say, there is no support at all.
I called customer care thrice to confirm whether the bank is operating or not I was informed that the banks in Karnataka were being operated, but after reaching the bank was closed. I have been calling several times to check the status of my card delivery they have no idea where is my card and when it will be delivered every time I call they give a TAT of 2 days.
Worst Banking App
We have used this app for money transfer and faced hell lot of issues. We lost our money due to the inefficiency of this app. Anytime you add a new beneficiary and try to transfer money to that same beneficiary immediately, the app will choose someone else from the beneficiary list randomly and make transfer to their account. This issue is still there in this app despite of several complaints. Please be careful using this app.
