Ep. 324 – Taking Fridays off (for quiet)
Are we taking advantage of the known pockets of downtime in our day or week to plan for quiet time alone? After a recent conversation with a former client and friend, I realized that his suggestion to take Friday off could be a potential way to wind down from others without taking the day off.

Provocatively Useful
Joe, I simply wanted to publicly thank you for crafting this podcast series. Perhaps we can share ideas that were inspired from your Episode 155 in due time.
I’d be interesting in digging deeper into “What is Fear?” and how we as communicators and listeners in our modern world may be using that word too loosely...and confusing ourselves on why we should speak up (or not), when to do it, and how we might.
In any case, EXCELLENT series, phenomenal episode (#155), and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to others not yet following this podcast
Great advice on communicating for impact
Joe McCormack’s Just Saying podcast takes a page from his book Brief. He provides quick but rich pointers in how to communicate in a focused way to get the desired results. I learn every time I listen.
Great Tool!
Joe’s podcast is a great tool to supplement his course material or listening to it without taking the course. His podcasts are 15 minutes or less and are easily digestible during commutes.
Definitely recommend!
