Worst application and fraud
After confirming the order for the PCR test, the chemist disappeared on the slot of taking the sample for testing and when I called them to do a complaint that he is being late, they told he will not be able to come as he’s busy and their is a traffic of customers on him. Ignoring the fact that I wanted the test to make sure that my family will be safe around me, I can’t see my family or take care of them and I’m totally isolated.
They didn’t block it on the app that maximum number of applicants on that day has been reached and I will have to book other slot. They ignored the urgency of this test. I could’ve contacted another entity. It’s a fraud and I totally don’t recommend to use such useless app with very low customer service.
