After I’ve downloaded ds VPN I’m very happy because it’s useful especially when I’m in China. Using ds VPN and connected to wifi I can save my roaming 4G and I can access my Facebook and other apps that needed.

Though sometimes not that fast to connect it’s fine in the end you are still connected.

As with some of the negative feedback received i was also charged a weekly subscription fee. I thought I had disabled the subscription but that was for the monthly. This was in October and I was charged in my credit card bill for it only in late Nov. to prevent late credit card charges I paid the bill. Apple refuses to refund this. Said I need to speak to the provider of this service. I wrote in to customer feedback and they said to go the app feedback option. I tried and they said they don’t refund for expired subscription. I think quite evidently this company subscription program helps them earn money from people like me who aren’t able to disable their subscription correctly. And for the multiple emails and channels that I had to Go through. I am deleting this app for ever. And as of Dec 2-9 that I was in China the app doesn’t work.

It is free for users to cancel the subscription during the period through the iPhone setting anytime to avoid being charged again. According to the privacy policy of subscription, developers do not have the authority to verify or collect personal information from users, including payment details. Hope for your understanding!

Bought VIP, it is good when it is connected. However, the chances of connecting to the servers is like 50% chance. Always shows me unable to connect to the server and change region, but when I do change region, same results. I would have given this app a solid 5 stars if it weren’t for the problematic servers. I’d recommend it still but it could be better If they can get their server problems fixed.

Update: I’m really disappointed as I feel that the paid VIP servers and the free servers are no different. I expected faster connections and better servers, but it’s gotten even worse than before. I cannot even connect to the servers now. When it is those rare times when I do connect, the internet is so slow and the VPN auto disconnects while using. Really wanted to give this app good ratings but I am utterly disappointed.

Please try to update to the current version, check the network signal and to reconnect to the top server. Also we apologise for the unpleasant experiences. There are many factors that affect this problem. Please confirm the network is available when you are using the app. Also we recommend you to connect with the top server several times.
