Hello, after I updated the app to the latest version I found that I can’t convert my Citibank credit card’s point, the app opens my default browser and shows the point conversion page, however when I confirm the conversion it throws error, appreciate if the dev team can fix it, thank you!

Squid game at the point
Going back against technology - the mall decided to take out the option is to scan receipts recently… and after going through the line to the customer torturing counter, they said they need me to get a separate credit card receipt which the restaurant does not provide. So now I have to run back to the restaurant only to be told this receipt is not available… the restaurant kindly helped call back the counter and eventually this get fixed after a good 30 mins and contributing another hour of parking $ to the mall
Understand times are hard - suggest to not offer something you are not prepared to offer and make the process more miserable than it needs to be. You have sophisticated clientele and let’s show some respect

To enhance the experience of our The Point members in earning points more conveniently and in real-time, we have invested over a year and a half in the development and operation of the ‘Instant Points Earn’ system. This initiative includes comprehensive technical support for our merchants. Currently, the Instant Points service has become the most popular method for members to earn points.
If you are unable to use the 'Instant Points' service due to device or network connection issues, the merchant must notify the mall according to the reporting mechanism. Members can visit the concierge desk or customer service center within 14 days from the consumption date on the merchant-issued receipt. The mall will coordinate with the merchant to provide timely assistance to members, and special arrangements will be made to accept receipts of $1 or more for point registration until further notice.

App crashed
Saw there is an update today, but once updated, the app crashed on iPhone 12 Pro Max. Uninstalled and reinstalled still crashes when try to launch this app.
At least developers should have done a soft launch to see any problem and stopped or even roll back if something went wrong .
Even worse when I visited one of their mall today and paid the parking via the credit card I linked onto. I have to ask my friend to logout his old SHKP app and let me login to pay the parking. I use the app to pay the parking and got SMS notice my credit card has been charged successfully. Turns out when I leave the parking, the app said I’ve NOT yet paid and I can’t paid again neither. It is a totally TERRIBLE experience. If I could place a NO star I’d do so for the latest update.
