Edge Whitney is used to getting what he wants. It doesn't come from being the singer of Edge Rising a rock band that is sort of well known. He's been around long enough to know fame is hollow without someone to share it with. He's seen his friends who have found their happy ever after and also seen the downside of letting anyone in. Although he's drawn to Doyle, he plans to keep his heart from getting involved.
