This guys first gain customers hope and then start cheating them without refunding the amount . And they tell customer that refund is not possible as their is some issue with our bank details ,wen other online apps are able to refund to the same account . That too they cheat with high amount . Lots and lots I have purchased from this app and now finally they cheated my money and without even solving my refund issue they have updated as problem solved in app and frankly speaking customer guys are so cunning and problematic they don’t pick the call soon and disconnect the call if they don’t want to answer and give you false promises everyday . I have been waiting from past 28 days for my refund ,still I have not received and they have not put it in the wallet as well . More over they irritate you a lot wen u call up or mail for ur refund ,please don’t purchase anything ,wat I have experienced is really worse in future this may happen to u too until they gain ur hope after that they show their real face .

I have been a pretty happy customer so far with AJIO but to my surprise when I placed an order worth 3k with them I just received 2 items of the 7 and one faulty product . However they have showed that everything is delivered from their end. Beware any Concern with regards to delivery their call center and customer experience team is so laid back that you will keep running for months to get your own money back. They are clueless about product codes and don’t know how to even trace a package. This is just pathetic way of looting one’s money. I would never recommend AJIO app to anyone for their pathetic service recoveries and refunds. Be aware of the frauds. All the time you will get your parcels right and one fine day you end up losing your money which they won’t return or take seriousness to resolve the concern. Am writing this review after a month and half of struggle in getting my refund for the items that is missed from AJIO end. To add to it no one would answer to you well about the closure. One one person has one one answer to just keep your mouth shut and AJIO team is a super procrastinating team. Mark my words - your customer experience team needs a knock on their heads to deal with concerns . I wish I could get the operations head number of AJIO so that I express my grievance in person as they seem to be covering rosily everything from their end . Pathetic

Literally most pathetic online site and app ever. They are really damaging the brand and image of Reliance group. Recently ordered 3 kurtas with online payment, they sent in 1 packet. Delivery guy sought for 1 OTP and delivered. When pack opened, got only 1 kurta that too absolutely diff product with no tag. Complained on Ajio app, they registered and marked the complaint as closed stating that they have delivered all 3 products. Again complained, they picked 1 wrong product and refunded. Rest 2 kurtas could not be returned as they were never delivered. They marked the complaint as closed again. Such is their pathetic and highly disappointing response. My money is wasted. They are not returning the money. Then why you guys send product in 1 packet. If you have regular issue of this at your warehouse then package all products in different packets so that atleast customer will get same no of products though wrong ones. And they mention that we checked in our CCTV all products were packed and delivered. If such is the case kindly share footage with respective customer, so that we also can see that you are honest in your service.
And today I am shocked to see so many customers who have registered with same complaint and issue. And astonished to see that had this malafide practice been stopped I would not have to write a review here.
