Ripoff

I downloaded the Meter Feeder app at the train station yesterday morning and when I went to pay, it didn’t go through. I tried again and was charged almost double. I called Meter Feeder right away and no one returned my call. I emailed and hours later received a response that they wouldn’t refund the overcharge, saying it was my fault. No, it wasn’t. I put the payment through the second time so I wouldn’t get a ticket or get towed. The payment never showed up on my credit card the first time, only the second time when the charge was so much higher. This company is a ripoff!!!

Ticket payment function is broken

Downloaded this app solely to pay a parking ticket for a family member, but it errors when you attempt to pay the ticket. It successfully finds the ticket, but when you attempt to pay it you get a “Ticket validation failed” error. The website has the same problem. This ticket will double in cost tomorrow if it’s not paid today and MeterFeeder is the only option besides mail. Two thumbs down 👎👎

Several cars on app, but paid on the wrong car!

Ok, I was late for work. I parked for the day at MeterFeeder. I have a few cars on my app.
I paid for the wrong one today. I called MeterFeeder. Jim was very clear, and helpful.
You never think you have to call these places, but I’m so glad someone is actually there to help fix the problem. He did! I didn’t get a ticket.
