Hearing Paul Wall’s voice next to Thug’s on “RIP Parking Lot” is a warm gust of nostalgia, but Thug yields plenty air time to Houston upstarts Cam Wallace and the ever-energetic Sauce Walka. “Mercedes,” a love song that interpolates Mr. Vegas’ dancehall classic “Sucky Ducky,” pays off as a risk, but the contemplative “What’s Next” is a perfect closer for the rapper who has everything.
