Food is always good, but I hope kfc can improve the accuracy of their app. It is frustrating to be placing a tag on a place and your app keeps suggesting the wrong address. After I correct the suggested address to the correct one, it reverts to the same suggested address in the final order form, thereby sending our order to the wrong address. Your GIS locator is off by 300meters and no one was picking up the phone when I tried calling the branch contact number given.

First of all there’s no unit or house number textbox when you input your address, only a selection of streets, barangay, and city. Is the delivery guy suppose to ask every house in that street? I had to manually type my whole address like 3 times because the programmer doesn’t know how to keep a login session in place. It logged me out when I switched to tracking when none of the add buttons and change in food category worked, meaning I had to type in my details and address YET AGAIN. And this was actually released to the public? Wow, never knew KFC hired incompetent workers in their IT department. Better to use other apps than waste time trying this dumpster fire application. The mobile number also lacks 1 digit, I had to cut out the starting 0. Why would anyone release this? The Developers and QA are incompetent

My payment via PayMaya was successfully captured but after going back to this app, it did not show any confirmation. No email. No prompts. No tracking number.

Phone CS said it’s a common issue with their app. No choice daw but to email their customer care and attach screenshot of receipt from paymaya. And even after that, refund will be processed by 5-7 days.

I went back to appstore to check other reviews. I saw same issue from 1yr ago. Meaning, until now they were not able to fix the problem. Better to temporarily remove the app first while the issue is not yet solved to avoid inconveniencing your customers in the future.
