I have rated it a four star because i have one issue i feel that the app is moving too slow
The App is Moving Slow
Do not trust this company
I’ve never felt the need to write a review previously, but sadly this company have prompted me to do so.
Despite meeting all criteria, they seem to withhold airdrop rewards and I suspect manipulate the order book to ensure they sell your tokens at best price before inevitable crash.
I have engaged with their support for over 2 weeks and have provided evidence of my Exfi airdrop eligibility, but they have twice closed down the ticket and offered frankly laughable responses which lead me to believe they haven’t even read my complaints. Still no airdrop received and I doubt ever will be.
If another exchange lists your token of interest I suggest you sign up there and save yourself the hassle of dealing with Bitrue, who do not deserve the custom they attract.
Good luck to everyone waiting for the SOLO airdrop. I will be watching with a sad sense of inevitability as the furore over missing airdrops and miscalculated ratios (in Bitrues favour of course) escalates.
This lot are the very real example of why regulation is required in this space, so thank them when it happens and the market tanks.

Can improve
Good app but can really improve the UI and responsiveness.
- Tapping a market is not instant and feels laggy.
- Defaulted to 15 min chart is annoying, it should default to your latest choice.
- Changing the chart to M1 doesn’t always work and have to tap it again to see the change.
- The volume chart takes way to much height.
- Not having favourites market tab.
- The order book is not good, you can only see 5 items of each, i really think that view was not well thought... a lot of wasted space, the order book should be the most important view when trading.
- Can’t change the decimals to see the overview of orders.
I’m still doing trades on Bitrue and like the XRP pairs. But still using Binance app to check market prices and charts.
