Can’t download files
It allowed me to download maybe two files I was sent from my photoshoot, before making me create an account. And then I was forced to download the app to download anymore. I was allowed about three more before the option disappeared completely. Useless without a computer which I do not have handy.
Progressive worse
I’ve had access to hightail for years.. it wasn’t until recently with the updates did I start having trouble.
I cannot watch videos if my phone is on silent, I cannot put videos into full screen mode, I cannot download videos, I cannot seek on videos, I cannot play audio without keeping my phone unlocked the whole time, I cannot watch a video in miniplayer mode, I cannot listen to audio with the audio in the background.
Each update the app gets worse and worse.
No Project Notifications?
Please add notifications to the iOS app when I’m added to a project or assigned a to-do! No in-app settings for platform notifications on iOS? Why? ALL notifications are enabled for this app from my iPhone settings, and I don’t even care about the ones for spaces and files. What I NEED are mobile notifications for the Projects and To-Dos. Honestly NOT sure how this functionality was overlooked in the first place.
