Awesome podcast - highly recommend

I love how open Sarah’s questioning is with her fantastic guests - it allows such depth and breadth to every show. She also interviews such a range of experts in different fields to do with mental & physical wellbeing that the podcast in itself is quite unique & means that you always want to listen to the next one! With so many different podcasts about it’s quite challenging to stand out these days but Sarah does a great job & achieves this. I highly recommend this podcast
