Awful buggy app doesn’t connect

Update 10 Sep 23: I’ve checked Wi-Fi connections and have good signal, I’ve also moved it to the base router Wi-Fi to see Irvin’s my Wi-Fi mesh. I still have to try and connect several times in order to reach the panel. It isn’t a Wi-Fi connection as every other device is stable and I have the same issue in two different connections. There’s something amiss with the App, panel or cloud’s software. Whilst I get alerts on my phone, connecting to the alarm panel is hopeless and unreliable. I’ve tried numerous things with “support” but still takes several times to connect at times. It isn’t the Wi-Fi as everything else is ok and signal strength is good. It’s also very limited what you can do with the App. For example, settings etc. if you want an alarm with a good app, this is not the one for you. Judging by the feedback on here, I’m not the only one complaining. Update 19 Sep Thank you for the reply but i’ve tried all that more than once. The signal strength is always good. The software in the Panel, App or Cloud is just not reliable enough and needs some work to resolve especially as it’s an annual, paid subscription. Update 14th Oct I’ve tested the connection and it appears to be a lot more reliable. I’ll monitor it for a few weeks and see how it performs. Meanwhile, thanks you for addressing the issue and fingers crossed, the resolutions you've implemented in the cloud have worked.

Terrible

It’s such a buggy and unreliable app.

1. It fails to connect to my alarm system 8 out of 10 times saying my password is wrong. Big if I close the app and try again it will connect - sometimes. I have perfectly fine WiFi and 5G, neither are the issue.

2. A lot of text shown is outside the screen so you can’t read it, especially loading messages.

Overall it’s a terrible and I’m baffled by the 3* ratings. Even the alarm company who maintain my system say the app is awful.

Deeply Inconsistent

When the app works it is brilliant for connecting to our house alarm. Unfortunately often, over 50% of the time it fails to connect to our panel. This means I have to manually deactivate the alarm - causing it to go off. There are 0 issues with our WiFi or router and the system was professionally installed. I therefore sadly have to give the app 1 star. Please fix this app it is not acceptable for an app that we pay a subscription for via our alarm installer. Thank you.
