Description
賽馬會「樂天心澄」靜觀校園文化行動 （賽馬會「樂天心澄」）旨在香港校園推廣靜觀文化，關注本港學生及老師，以至大眾的精神健康。計劃爲期三年半（2019 年中至 2022 年底），由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金撥款；香港大學社會科學學院主辦。作為公眾教育的重點項目，團隊研發了「樂天心澄」手機程式，讓大眾認識靜觀，體驗靜觀，踏上修習靜觀的旅程，好好照顧自己。
