    Growing, Evolving, and Getting Vulnerable with a Supportive Group of Women

    This is a very special episode as Payal invites her closest friends and support group, Trusha, Sonal, Caroline, and Simran on the show. These women found one another and formed a highly supportive, vulnerable, and accountable group through a 21-day meditation program. 14-months later, these women are still showing up for one another without having met in person once.  In today’s episode, Payal and her friends discuss the importance of getting vulnerable with a supportive group of women.
