Excellent app for dentist and lab technicians, always updating and advancing in technology. Very easy to work with compared to expensive and overwhelming CAD softwares. I recommend taking the course on how to use and integrate the app to your practice. The app is an excellent way to integrate digital dentistry workflows to your practice. Highly recommended it!

I want to share my horrible experience with this company so no other dentists get caught in the same scam. I bought the software for $699 in May of 2022 to try it out. I was very unimpressed and never used it after one bad experience. Fast forward to May 2023, I was surprised to see another charge from Smilefy for $699. It turns out there is an auto renewal every year.

I contacted support to tell them I never used the app and did not wish to renew, and asked them to remove the charge. The lady who helped me was nice enough and said she’d get it taken care of. After not receiving a refund, I contacted support and was told that a refund could not be issued because I didn’t cancel before my renewal date. They claimed that they informed me of the renewal via email ahead of time. I know this is false, because I receive plenty of frivolous emails from Smilefy all the time, they don’t get filtered into my spam folder. I double and triple checked to confirm that I never received such an email, but support wouldn’t budge.

Even if your response to this review is, “oh well, you should have read the fine print”, is this the type of company you want to work with? One that doesn’t care whether their users are satisfied with the software and rely on deception to make their money?

Great app. Makes things easy and very useful for patient education. Make sure you can deliver what you sell.
