**This app is a companion app to the Person-Centered Montessori Abilities System® (PCMAS), which is available at www.cen4ard.com**
The PCMAS helps care partners and memory care professionals create person-centered care plans by identifying remaining abilities and interests in those living with mid-to-late stages of dementia. In alignment with a Montessori approach that stresses engagement and error-free learning, the PCMAS provides comprehensive information that can be used to develop a person-centered care plan. Based on decades of research, it is now ready for memory care communities around the world to begin focusing on what an individual person can do and use that information to give them the best quality of life.
