Made a payment through the app via e-wallet. The app said “Different type seats have different fares” post payment. Upon arrival the service rep said that the seats were given away and offered different seats. Had to line up in queue to get service which almost made us late for the movie. This is clearly a massive inefficiency and the existence of this app should be banned until payment gateway is repaired. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!
Stupid app that cheats customer
This is the lousiest cinema app i ever use. I ordered the ticket and i arrived on time and the staff at entrance told me wrong cinema and said ya is common. The whole UI is so badly made customer will never notice from the screen that they ordering from the wrong cinema! And i never knew there exist a damen as i only went to pavilion only! Maybe it was your intention to cheat customer of buying more tickets
Sign up problem
Can’t even register to open up an account. I’m trying to buy a ticket but have to sign up. Stuck at entering my birthday after scrolling to my birthday dates then what? Can’t press anything other than back button and redo the whole process. Can’t move forward after entering birthday LOL
